A Poortman (London) Ltd, an importer and distributer of agricultural products, in particular feeds and seeds, has been acquired by Alliance Grain Traders, a subsidiary of Trinidad Benham Corporation of the USA.

We acted for the shareholders of A Poortman, identified the buyer and negotiated the terms of the transaction.
