Arteon, a subsidiary of Bridgepoint Capital, Halifax Industrial has been sold to German based DSI, a group specialising in concrete accessories, lifting and fixing systems.
Arteon, based in France, distributes formwork tiebars and accessories.
On behalf of Halifax Industrial, we initiated the transaction, identified the buyer and negotiated the sale of Arteon to DSI.
