We acted for the shareholders in BMT Tax Depreciation (“BMT”) in the sale of a majority stake in their business to Champs Ventures and Yorkway Equity Partners.

BMT is the Australian based market leader in quantity surveying, which helps to estimate and monitor construction costs. Post construction, BMT also provides tax depreciation schedules and advice.
