We advised the First Digital Ltd on the sale of its subsidiary, European Digital to Carphone Warehouse.
European Digital is an ISVR carrier and provides consistently high quality discounted calls to international destinations. It focusses, in particular, on long haul destinations.
Carphone Warehouse intends to merge European Digital into its international division.
