NYSE listed, global consulting group, Navigant Consulting has acquired UK financial services consultancy Troika.
The consulting firm provides operational, dispute, investigative, risk management and financial advisory solutions to legal counsel, government agencies and companies experiencing regulatory or structural challenges.
Troika provides consultancy services to the financial services industry covering operations performance improvement, product and distribution strategies, organisation, people, IT effectiveness and transaction support.
Stephen Bennett and Mike Simson advised Troika on the transaction.
