Convenience food group Uniq has completed the sale of its UK poultry business to Sovereign Food Group, a subsidiary of Grampian Country Food Group, for £11.84million in cash.

A team led by Partner Mike Simson advised Uniq on the transaction. PWC provided vendor due diligence services and DLA acted as legal advisers to Uniq.
