We advised the Alpha Landsteinar shareholders on the sale of all of their shares to K3 Business Technology Group plc.
Alpha is the UK’s leading reseller of Microsoft Navision software and its clients include Carpetright and Adidas.
K3 is an AIM listed provider of Microsoft based business solutions, has continued to extend its business base via the £7.2m acquisition of Alpha Landsteinar. The cash-and-shares deal is a significant step for K3 – itself only valued at £10.5m, and provides useful exposure to the retail management solutions market.
An attractive addition for the group, Alpha will provide a useful boon for K3. This will boost growth opportunities in the retail and distribution sectors.
