Analysoft is a developer of business intelligence software which enables company management to perform On-Line Analytic Processing on the data held in accounting and ERP databases. The software was designed specifically to interface with Microsoft accounting platforms.
We initiated the transaction and negotiated with Herald Investment Management on the investment of their funds in AnalySoft to further develop the software by taking a significant majority stake in the company.
