Catalyst Development has been acquired by its management team from ABeam Consulting.
Following a strategic review, management consulting group ABeam agreed to sell Catalyst its Management Team.
Catalyst Development specialises in regulatory-driven change, organisational improvement and talent development programmes specifically for the IT department of investment banks.
Regent Assay acted for the management team on the transaction.
