Pacific International has been acquired by CD (63) Ltd, a company owned by its management and two financial investors.
Pacific International focusses on the recruitment of permanent staff and contractors who are specialists in BPO and Change Management with a particular focus on Lean and Six Sigma.
We arranged the funding and advised the shareholders of CD (63) Ltd on the transaction.
